Day 1 - On Your Way, Cork

** Comfort stop along the route to Cork before continuing on to Cork (at own expense) in Kilworth

** * going to Kinsale and then onto Clonakilty

** afternoon at own arrangements

17:30 Check in at hotel and have evening meal at the 19:00

 

Day 2 -Killarney

09:00 - Breakfast in hotel

10:00 Depart to Kilarney to enjoy the city and National Park (free of charge)

17.00 - Tour finished and return to our hotel to change for dinner at the Hotel at 19:00 and evening entertainment

 

Day 3 - Skibbereen

Breakfast in the Hotel

10:00 Coach departs for Baltimore, the southernmost parish in Ireland

* 11.00 Arrive in Baltimore, the main ferry port to Sherkin Island, Cape Clear Island and the eastern side of Roaring Water Bay and Carbery's Hundred Isles. enjoy the city and its famous seafood offer

* In the afternoon coach will depart to Skibbereen sometimes called the Capital of the Carberies, the main shopping centre for this part of West Cork

* Visiti St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Skibbereen (free of charge) or just stroll around the town

* On the way back to the hotel stop at Drombeg Stone Circle (Well-known megalithic ruins with 13 surviving stones, an ancient cooking pit & sea views)

* Around 18:00 we are back in the hotel

* 19:30 dinner at the hotel and evening at the leisure

 

Day 4 - Ring of Beara

09.00 - Breakfast in the hotel

10.00 - Depart for the Ring of Beara

11.00 - First stop is Bantry, that lies at the head of Bantry Bay (visit St. Finbarr’s Church)

** Travel on to Glengarriff for lunch at own expense

Enjoy some time in Glengarriff

* In the afternoon We then move on to Castletownbere, one of our more important working fishing ports.

* We complete the Ring of Beara with a visit to Allihies, the last village at the end of the beautiful Beara peninsula

15.00 Tour finished and return to our hotel

19:30 Dinner at the Hotel and evening entertainment

 

Day 5 - Cork & home

09:00 - Breakfast in hotel and checkout before heading to Cork

First stop is a farmers market in Clonakilty

Arrive in Cork: Visit Cork Public Museum or Crawford Art Gallery (both visits are free)

Lunch in Cork (at own expense)

Depart Cork for pick up point with comfort stop on way

15:30 - Comfort stop in and travel back to your pick up points

 

Prices:

41 - 50 people - €325 per person sharing Twin / Double Room (driver + guide)

35 - 40 people - €335 per person sharing Twin / Double Room (driver + guide)

 

Single Supplement €10 per person per night (€40 for 4 nights)

 

TOUR INCLUDES :

  • 4 nights accommodation in the 3*, Clonakilty Park Hotel

  • 3 course dinner x 4 nights

  • breakfast on 4 mornings

  • luxury coach with professional coach driver for 5 days

  • tour guide on board at all times (for group of minimum 35 people, otherwise it is a driver/guide)

  • Coach Tours each day as per itinerary (entrance fee’s not included)

• €75 per person required on initial booking (non refundable)

• Final payment 1 month in advance

This relaxed, modern hotel near Clonakilty Harbour is 1 km from Clonakilty town center and 6 km from the beach at Inchydoney.

Informal, home-style rooms have free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and DVD players, as well as minifridges, and tea and coffee making facilities. Room service is available.

A casual restaurant serves breakfast, carvery lunch and dinner. Other amenities include a simple bar, a coffee shop, a cinema, as well as a kid's club and a game room. A health club features a full gym, an indoor pool, and a hot tub.
