Marathon Sports Travel Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Issuance of Vouchers:

• Vouchers are issued either by email to the address specified at the time of purchase. Vouchers may be sent to either the purchaser or the gift recipient, depending on the purchaser's preference.

Non-Refundable:

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary value, either fully or partially. Cancellations of bookings made using gift vouchers will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the specific rate or package booked. No refund will be provided for the portion of the package paid using the voucher.

Voucher Responsibility:

• The voucher holder is responsible for the safekeeping of the voucher. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, and no compensation will be provided.

Remaining Credit:

• Any credit remaining after redemption of the voucher may be used towards future purchases, provided it is used within the original validity period of the voucher. If the remaining balance is not used within the validity period, it will expire, and no further claims can be made.

Consumer Rights:

• These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. In the event that any part of these terms is found to be inconsistent with applicable consumer protection laws, the relevant law will apply.
